You are an expert in evaluating impact for NGOs.  That's what you do.  It's what you are trained for.  But no one told you when you hung your shingle that you would also need to become an expert in generating new business and running your organization.  Often, if you are great at closing business, you are overwhelmed with delivering it.  If you struggle to close business, you've got plenty of time on your hands and not enough revenue.  The Revenue Growth Coaching Program invites evaluators to build the business you want with the balance you need.

We usually do the best we know how.  That is a premise.  If we continue to do what we know how to do, our results will be incremental, and there is nothing wrong with that.  But if you are looking for breakthrough results in your business, you need a willingness to step out into the unknown.  Leaders who are committed to creating significant growth in enterprise revenues will see powerful results by participating in our Revenue Growth Coaching Group.   Seated among other evaluators who are also small business owners and sales professionals,  we work together to unblock that which keeps your business from thriving. 

In the Revenue Growth Coaching group, you will:
  • Quickly and significantly increase your company’s revenues
  • Remove blockages that hold you back from working at your highest potential.
  • Make better decisions with less stress and uncertainty

Coaching Structure: The group meets twice per month for 90 minutes in a group format. You will meet with other small business leaders, sales professionals, and a master business coach. A six-month commitment is required. We invite evaluators who are serious about breakthroughs in their business.

Cost: $250 per month for 3 hours' monthly coaching in a group format throughout a six-month, twelve-session series. Full coaching fees are due regardless of attendance. Seating is limited. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Payment is required in full for the series or at the beginning of each month.

Frequently Asked Questions


Can I miss any sessions?
Yes.  Most participants can miss up to 2 sessions and still get the value from the program.  We strongly encourage making this program a priority.  
My business is brand new.  Is now the right time to join?
Start up businesses are welcome.  However, we concentrate on generating new business (sales), so for this program to be of maximum value, you should be ready to sell your services within the first two months of the program.  If you are so early in your business that you are still designing products and won't have anything to sell in the first two months, you may be too early for this program.
Do we only address sales and no other aspects of business ownership?
Our primary focus in this program is to drive revenue to your business.  However, ALL aspects of business ownership impact revenue and sales.  We go where the work takes us.  So you may find yourself revisiting your product design or pricing, or learning how to track business opportunities or whatever is needed to make sure you are positioned for revenue growth.
Why is this program so inexpensive?  Most coaching programs like this cost thousands per month.
When we started our business, we sold our services to large and mid size corporations (we still do).  This is where most of our revenue came from.  We soon saw that smaller businesses could not afford us and yet would benefit from our work.  So we built this group format to make it highly affordable.  We believe in small business and want to help you thrive.
Why is this program only for Evaluators?
We have run the RGC program for 14 years, inviting all types of small business owners into the room together.  However, in our one on one practice, we have worked with many veteran evaluators and NGO CEOs, development directors and executive directors who have suggested that evaluators would benefit from this work and from being in this program together.  We have deep experience working in the non-profit sector and with many different evaluators.  So we are offering this specialized group to maximize the benefits to you.
Aren't the people in this room competitors with each other?
Possibly. But more likely, they will specialize in certain types of evaluation that will distinguish their markets from each other.  We also make group agreements, some of which will address competitive issues.   But one of the foundational principles of the RGC program is abundance.  There is enough for everyone.  In fact, some in the room may want to team up to propose larger engagements together.  There is enough for everyone.
What do I need to do to be ready for this program?
The Revenue Growth Coaching program is for SERIOUS business owners who want a breakthrough in revenue.  We will be asking a lot of you.  You will be transparent about your business and what stops or limits you.  We will give you challenging assignments to try out in the real world.  You will meet yourself at another level as business owner.  If you are prepared for the rigor of breaking through your limitations, you're in the right place.  Come ready to go to work.

Tracey Snoyer, MBA
Tracey brings more than two decades of Corporate Leadership, from small and startup to Fortune 150 organizations.  She spent nearly nine years at Nike in various leadership positions.  For 20 years, she has been on the front lines facing the difficult challenges of running an organization and rallying staff behind a vision and aggressive goals. As a Transformational Business Coach,  she has helped more than 200 businesses produce breakthrough and turnaround results in revenue, profitability and team effectiveness.  She holds an MBA from the University of North Texas.
