At Cascade Alliance, we are committed to the idea that small businesses can be run as smartly as large ones, and that profitability is accessible and available to all.
In the Profitability Program, you will:
How the Program Works:
In a real-life coaching format, small business owners will set goals around achieving a level of profitability, cash flow, and operating reserve that create a thriving enterprise. Over a six months series you will be seated among other small business owners to unblock that which has stood in the way of thriving profitability. You will learn techniques of zero-based budgeting that will drive your company to the profitability you desire. We will introduce business disciplines that allow you to make on-the-ground decisions that maximize profitability, cash flow freedom and healthy operating reserves. We also work with leaders to transform any leadership qualities or identities which are not in service to a thriving business.
Coaching Structure:
The group meets once per month for 2-3 hours in a group format. You will meet with other small business leaders and two coaches.
A six-month commitment is required.
