We serve senior leaders and staff who are launching into the next level of their leadership. While we always include fundamental skills training where it is needed, our focus in developing staff is always to assist them in broadening their leadership identity. This includes identifying the ceilings we place on ourselves (and consequently our results), the history we bring which stops us, and the limiting views that throttle creativity and innovation. Some corporate contracts begin by coaching a talented manager or leader who does not seem to be manifesting the full promise of that talent. When the organization sees the results of this work, and the manager’s effectiveness, our relationship with that business usually broadens.
